Which villa should I book for my stay?

Casa Teresa is home to two luxurious, private, and beautifully appointed villa properties.

  • Casa Teresa Grande is our larger villa property totalling at 16,000 square feet, with 7 bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms. Both villas feature Viking kitchen appliances, spa-like bathroom amenities, daily laundry and maid service, WiFi, and luxury bedding.

You can book one villa or for larger groups, or events, you are welcome to book the whole property to accommodate your party—ideal for large family gatherings, weddings, bachelorette parties, and more. Your group will have access to the entire property grounds and can easily come and go between the two villas for easy gathering for meals, swimming in the sea or the plunge pools, private group yoga classes, and more.

I’ll need to handle business online during my stay; is the villa WiFi reliable?

Given that Casa Teresa is in a remote area, special provisions have been made to accommodate modern conveniences like WiFi with our guests’ comfort and needs in mind. Currently the villa is hooked up to two internet services so that in the event connection is lost with one of the service providers, there is a backup WiFi provider. We use fiber optic internet and it has a speed of 100mbps.

While many of our guests enjoy the slower pace of villa life and the opportunity to unplug and relax, the villa’s internet does allow for guests to continue to work remotely — and your colleagues and clients will certainly appreciate the luxurious Zoom background if you need to join a video call while you are here.

I’m a high-profile individual who requires guards; is their presence welcome?

Yes. We realize the employment of bodyguards is a necessary reality for some of our guests. Casa Teresa is in a very safe area, and we do have one guard on the property from 6am to 6pm.

We recognize that some guests who stay with us enjoy more peace of mind with their own guards attending to them on their schedule. You are welcome to bring your own guard, or our concierge can help with hiring local, well-trained, armed or unarmed guards to look out for you and your loved ones for the duration of your stay.

If I bring high-value items, can they be safeguarded while I’m not at the villa?

We provide overnight security from 6pm to 6am, with staff available during the day overseeing the property. Each bedroom is equipped with a safe to store your belongings and valuables, and we highly encourage use of safes to safe-guard your high-value items. You will be able to choose your own security code upon arrival. You are welcome to hire more security if necessary, and this can be discussed further with the concierge upon booking your stay.

I see that the Villa has a personal chef; can the chef prepare vegan diet fare?

Yes! The dining experience at Casa Teresa is an important part of your stay and offers a unique opportunity to savor locally cultivated food from land and sea.

We work with trusted, experienced private chefs, and our concierge can help you book an unforgettable and personalized culinary experience during your stay.

If you have specific dietary needs and/or requests, allergies, or restrictions, please let our concierge know. We will pair you with the best chef for your needs and continue to see that they are met throughout your stay.

If I wish to try restaurants in the area, can the cuisine be catered to the villa?

Certainly. If you wish to experience the cuisine of local Santa Teresa restaurants within the privacy of one of our spacious villas, our staff can arrange to have the food delivered to you during your stay.

I enjoy unique shopping experiences; does Santa Teresa offer boutique shopping?

Yes. In addition to being prized for its natural beauty, the town of Santa Teresa’s boutiques cater to a variety of tastes. Find luxurious souvenirs to commemorate a luxurious stay.
